Ayenda 1501 Metropolitana Plaza Hotel Bucaramanga, Bucaramanga

My stay was an absolute nightmare. We arrived late at midnight and had to catch an early bus at 6 am, only needing a few hours of sleep. The overwhelming smell of air freshener made it impossible to even enter the room at first, and to top it off, we woke up to a horrible sewage odor that left us both feeling sick. To make matters worse, they charged us for an extra person despite our reservation clearly indicating we were only two. This was definitely not ideal and made for a very uncomfortable experience.

My stay at the hotel was incredibly disappointing. While we only needed a few hours of sleep between travel, the experience was far from restful. The room had been sprayed heavily with air freshener, making it unbearable to enter at first, and we woke up to a terrible sewage smell that made us both feel ill. To top it off, they charged us extra for a third person even though our booking was clearly for two. Definitely not worth the price paid.
